We serve children 5 and older, that meet the admission criteria of Family Solutions.

Currently, Family Unity & Connection Center, LLC is only able to accept insurance coverage under the Medicaid plan.

Service eligibility:

• To be eligible for services you must have a clinical diagnosis completed to determine medical necessity.
